Smith (Holly) of Peabody; her grandchildren, Siobhan Smith and Declan Smith of Peabody; and her siblings, Bernard F. O'Connell, James F. O'Connell, Joseph F. O'Connell and Joanne M. Hosker. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
