She was predeceased by: her parents, James R. Carter and Grace M. Carter (Dixon); and her husband Arthur E. Knapp. She is survived by: her children, Steven C., Darlene Knapp of Andover, Amy Palmer of Reading, Andrea, Rob Wilger of San Jose, CA, Amanda and Stephen Marasca of Derry, NH.; and her brother Dr James (Susan Carter).
