She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Everett and Edwina Everett (Blood); and her brother John Everett. She is survived by: her husband Edward J. Walczak; her children, Stephen E. Walczak (Joanna) and Cheryl A. Hoffman (Robert) of Lynn; her grandchildren, Stephen and Emma Hoffman; and her sister Linda Roy (Armand). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
