He was predeceased by: his siblings, Douglass Jack (Jane) of Windham, NH and Heather Jack; and his parents, George A. Jack and Alice Jack. He is survived by: his wife Katherine M. Jack (Quinn); his children, Brian A. Jack (Margaret) of Watertown, CT, Kevin J. Jack (Anne) of Reading, Maureen K. Primrose (Scott) of Allendale, NJ, Kenneth E. Jack of Woburn and Bonnie E. McCulloch (George) of Bedford; and his sister Nola Bennett (Jack) of Plum Island.
