He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Meehan and Patricia Meehan (Kelly); his son John J. Meehan; and his brother John J. Meehan. He is survived by: his wife Jane E. (Simpson); his children, Kenneth (Diane Meehan) of Chelmsford, Veronica (Scott Scholefield) of Pepperell, Sarah (Robert Jones) of East Hartford, CT, Amanda Meehan (Corey Smith) and Katie (Stephen Laferriere) of Los Angeles, CA; his mother-in-law Mildred Simpson of Peabody; his sister-in-law Joanne Simpson of Peabody; and his grandchildren, Julianna Lucciano, Justin Lucciano, Cole Meehan, Eliana Lantheaume, Isla Meehan-Smith, Madelyn Meehan, Andrew Jones, Louis Meehan-Smith, Liora Meehan, Elizabeth Jones, Killian Laferriere and Parker Laferriere.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Parker Funeral Home (35 Franklin St, Lynn, MA 01902). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
