He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerard Godfrey and Marie Godfrey; and his siblings-in-law, John M. Quinn (Donna), Michael, Maureen Quinn, Patrica Morley (late Kevin Morley), Daniel, Darlene Quinn, Kevin, Elizabeth Quinn, James and Tracy Griffin.
He is survived by: his wife Liz; his friends, David and Liz; his children, Ryan Francis Godfrey (Angela) of Shrewsbury, MA and Hannah Marie Godfrey Donahue (Michael) of Beverly, MA.; his siblings, Steven J. Godfrey (Linda) of Franklin, MA, Barry F. Godfrey (Sean Godfrey-Reives) of New York and Kathy Godfrey of Braintree; his goddaughter Krista H. Godfrey of Franklin, MA.; his pets, Bruno, Zeus, Moose, Rascal, Stewie and Dunkin; his close friends, Neil and Janet; and his nephew David. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, great nephews, and great nieces.
