He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Foye and Nesta Foye; and his siblings, Dana Foye and Paula Wright. He is survived by: his significant other Cindy Cummings; his children, Christine Fionda (Matt) of Plymouth and Kevin Foye (Lorrie) of Ipswich; and his sister-in-law Shirley Foye. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
