He was predeceased by: his parents, Beverly Finn (Greenblatt) and Donald Finn. He is survived by: his children, Logan and Avery "AJ" Finn; the mother of his children Amy Finn; his siblings, Lisa Finn (Allen Talewsky) and Todd Finn; and his nieces and nephews, Jaclyn, Hannah, Isaac and Jesse.
