He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Card and Louise Moody (Snyder). He is survived by: his wife Kathy Card (Barry); his daughters, Nicole Card of Paxton and LeeAnn Card of Paxton; and his siblings, Richard Card of Orlando, Gerald Card (Deborah) of Texas, Belinda Keddy (Jeannie Daigle), Anita Walley of Baldwinville and Ronald Card of Worcester. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
