He was predeceased by: his parents, David H. Palenius and Annie S. Palenius (Laurila); and his son Ronald D. Palenius. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Palenius (Niemi); his daughters, Ann Douglas (Lawrence) of Hampton, NH and Jean Fifty (Jim) of Manchester, NH; his daughter-in-law Cathleen Palenius; and his grandsons, Christopher, David, Josh Fifty, Larry and Matthew Douglas. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
