She was predeceased by: her father Bruce R. Dubay; and her brother John Dubay. She is survived by: her mother Shirley Dubay (Allaire) of Worcester; and her brothers, Stephen Dubay (Tracy) of Worcester, Thomas Dubay (Cindy) of Worcester, David Dubay (Allison) of Bellingham and Daniel Dubay of Worcester. She is also survived by nephews, nieces and cousins.
