She was predeceased by: her parents, James J. McDermott and Sarah G. McDermott (Kelly); her husband Lawrence A. Girouard; her children, Thomas F. Girouard, Nancy Painchaud and Kathleen Grenier; and her siblings, Edward McDermott, Sarah Mullaney, Winifred Higgins and Marie McGrath.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Meghan McCann (Denis) of Boylston, Brendan Hunt (Kelly) of North Brookfield, Adam Jackson of Dudley and Shane Jackson; and her great grandchildren, Ailis, Maeve, Charley, Maddox, Kaden and Logan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
