She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bacon and Eva Bacon (Crowther); and her brother Raymond Bacon. She is survived by: her husband Robert Prater of Danvers, MA; her children, Kendrick "Rick" Prater (Paula) of Palmer, Barbara Stanley of Rowley, MA and Beverly Prater of Danvers, MA.; her grandchildren, Kendrick Prater, Jr., Marra Prater, Robert Stanley and Erica Stanley; and her great grandchild Savannah Prater.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of ones choice.
