He is survived by: his wife Jane; his son Thomas (Kristy) of Belchertown; his grandchildren, Dr. Emily Kubacki (Tyler Desmarais) and Attorney Nicholas Kubacki (Hannah Sugrue); and his sister Josephine Duda. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, loving family members, and dear friends.

His family requests that memorial donations be made in his memory to Divine Mercy Parish, Three Rivers, MA.
