He is survived by: his pets, Molly and Tess; his wife Patrice Bonkowski (McIntosh); his stepsons, Jeremy Atkinson of Westfield and Stephen Atkinson (Mallori) of Erie, CO; his grandsons, Declan and Gavin; his brother David Bonkowski (Jamie) of Hermitage, TN; and his sister-in-law Diane McIntosh (Pat James) of Palmer.
