He was predeceased by: his sister Sandra Maxwell. He is survived by: his stepfather Arlene (Carlos Teixiera) of Ludlow; and his siblings, Theresa Nichols (James) of Florida and Steven Maxwell (Maria) of Ludlow. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
