It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nazare Lopes in Palmer, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 18, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Ferreira and Maria Ferreira (Faustina); and her husband Luis Ferreira Lopes. She is survived by: her children, Jose F. Lopes (Irene) of Ludlow, Maria R. Francisco (Jose Antonio) of Chicopee and Manuel F. Lopes (Secundina P. Lopes) of Chicopee; her sisters, Joaquina Pio of Ludlow and Ilda Paulo of Chicopee; her grandchildren, Amy, David, Joe, Lucy, Michael, Arvard, Manny, Kayla and Stephanie; and her great grandchildren, Lucas, Olivia, Antonio, Jacob and Allisyn.
