It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Monsignor Gregory W Shumway of Palmer, Massachusetts, born in Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 12, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Netha A. Gray (Bowen) and John E. Shumway Sr.; and his brothers, John E. Shumway Jr. and Robert C. Gray. He is survived by: his wife Pauline I. Shumway (Nahabedian); his daughters, Danielle Doris Shumway (Angela Bryan) and Nicole Pearl Davini (Simon); his grandchildren, Meghan Cassidy Topor (Noah Kelly), Maxwell Gregory Bryan and Arthur Paul Bryan; his great grandchild Tristyn Bee Davini; his sister Sheila Noe; and his sister-in-law Donna Gray.
