He is survived by: his nephew Adam; his wife Susanne Phoenix (Smith); his stepson Daniel Phoenix; his son Andrew James "AJ" Dulude; his brothers, Rick Dulude and Geoffrey Dulude (Debra); his mother Blanche Squires (Matthieu); his uncle Ernie Matthieu (Kathy); his stepmother Pat Dulude; and his close friends, Kathy Matthieu and Mike "Cupcake" Daniels. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
