Austin (Freak); her husband John; her sons, George Smith, Jr., Tracy Thomas of Monson and Christopher Smith (Cheri) of Palmer; her niece Anne Marie LaValle of Belchertown; her nephew Chris Henry; her stepchildren, John Nascimento of Springfield, David Nascimento of Springfield and Julie Ann Nascimento of West Springfield; and also, Jim of Belchertown and Tammy.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to the Wounded Warrior Project.
