He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony L. Jacobs and Augusta Jacobs (Santini); and his brother Jake Jacobs. He is survived by: his sons, Anthony L. Jacobs of Wilbraham and Timothy W. Jacobs of Monson; his granddaughter Jessica Jacobs; and his siblings, Camillo Jacobs of Monson and Antoinette Hale of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
