He was predeceased by: his sister Linda J. Lizak; and his parents, John S. Hamilton and Merle J. Hamilton (Willard). He is survived by: his siblings, Kathryn A. Wilson (Jim) and David K. Hamilton; his brother-in-law Steve Lizak; and his nieces and nephews, David, Kenny, Adam, Jonathan, Peter, Sarah and Bekka.
