She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Kolek of Chicopee; her parents, Clarence Fay and Clara Fay; her grandchildren, Laura and Zachary; and her daughter Kathleen.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Renaud of Palmer, Jacqueline Grimshaw (John Grimshaw) of Palmer, Edward Deforge of Chester and David Deforge (Sherry Deforge) of Jacksonville Fl; her stepchildren, Dr. Edward Kolek, Michael Kolek and Linda Graham; and her grandchildren, Joseph, Jeffrey, Rebecca, Krystal, Ryan, Alexis, Wayne, Ally, Cody, Sarah, Cory and Jessica. She is also survived by many many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and lifelong friends.
