He is survived by: his parents, John MacKenzie and Julia MacKenzie (Grabowski) of Palmer; his stepmother Toni MacKenzie of Three Rivers; his wife Denise Monette of Palmer; his daughter Kaylee Ann MacKenzie; his brother John MacKenzie, IV of Palmer; and his stepsiblings, Thomas O'Conner (Michelle) and Colleen Peritz (Robert). He is also survived by many brother and sister -n-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins & many friends.
