She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Blay and Helen Blay (Wood); her husband Kevin Hammond; and her grandson John Lanou, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Carlene Patnaude of Bradenton, FL, Lawrence King (Susan) of Belchertown and Debra Himmen of Springfield; her grandchildren, Amy Lanou and Christopher King (Tara); and her great grandchildren, Hailey, Shyann, Aubrey, Abigail, Kodi and Bell.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Goodwill Industries or a charity of your choice.
