He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Lazarz and Shirley Lazarz of Monson; and his significant other Mary Lou Furtek of Palmer. He is survived by: his children, Sherry (Thomas Saunders), Jason Lazarz of Belchertown, David (Jennifer Lazarz) and Thomas Lazarz of Palmer; his grandchildren, Mercedes, Lauren, Jase, Jaylie, William, Aly, Hunter and Jason; his great grandchildren, McKenna and Nico; his close friend Amanda; and his pet Lucy. He is also survived by numerous aunts and uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
