He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Moffat and Nancy Y. Angers (Denoncourt). He is survived by: his siblings, Diane J. Moffat (Nick Bellino), David, Christopher and Judith; and his friends, Dana Lara of Arizona and Cyndi Adams of Dudley, MA..

Mr. Moffat attended the Seven Hills Foundation for the last 14 years.
