He is survived by: his children, Sarah Elizabeth Kim and Nathan Andrew Choi Young; his wife Cynthia Wilson Young of Charlton; his son-in-law Michael Patton; his grandson Dallas Patton of Flagstaff, AZ; his sister Barbara L. Young of Eau Claire, WI; his nephews, Julian Randolph and Samuel Randolph; his siblings-in-law, David T. and Lynne Wilson of Litchfield, CT; his cousins, Heather Young, Jennifer Young and Ireland; and also Barbara Wilson.
During the pandemic and until his last illness, Sam provided counseling via video-conference.
