He was predeceased by: his brother Russell W. Davis; and his parents, Robert W. and Olive Davis (Mitchell). He is survived by: his wife Marsha R. Davis (Plante) of Oxford; his children, Travis E. Davis (Cynthia) of North Brookfield, Taylor M. Davis of Charlton and Tara L. Kallio (Eric Kallio II) of Oxford; his siblings, Raymond H. Davis (Jane) of Oxford, Marilyn J. Mason of Southbridge and Gail M. Davis; and his grandchildren, Jacob W. Davis, Victoria L Davis, Ryan M. Davis and Jaxson E. Davis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
