He is survived by: his sons, Scott A. Smith of Worcester and Brian J. Smith (Kina Iverson) of Putnam, CT; his siblings, Ronald, Barbara, Priscilla and Shirley; and his grandchildren, Gage, Mina, Damien, Thomas and Kendra. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
