He was predeceased by: his brothers, Scott Pizzotti and Bobby Heath; and his parents, Daniel M. Faulkner and Caroline J. Pizzotti (Mattson). He is survived by: his sons, Daniel M. Faulkner Jr. (Shauna) of Charlton and Jason D. Faulkner (Jessi) of Charlton; his grandchildren, Jayden of Charlton, Chad of Charlton, Carter of Charlton, Clyde of Charlton, Chevelle of Charlton, Dillon of Charlton and Shaelan Faulkner of Charlton; and his siblings, Michael, Monty, James, Cynthia, Donna, Marie, Sheryl and Erica. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
