He is survived by: his parents, Robert T. and Joan Osterburg Foley; his wife Marcia Rodie; his sons, David Foley (Michelle) of New Boston, NH and Russell Foley (Laura Martin) of Stratford, CT; and his grandchildren, Hannah, Jacob, Natalya, Maximus and Logan.
