He is survived by: his wife Carol Woodin; his sons, James Bilotta, Jr. (Heather), Anthony Bilotta and Vincent Bilotta (Betsey Loring); his grandchildren, Christopher of Otis and Francis Bilotta of Otis; his sister Roberta Shakett (Lenard); and his cousin John Bilotta (Maggie).
