We are sad to announce that on March 3, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Jack William O'Brien of Otis, Massachusetts. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Carole Saloomey and Wendy O'Brien. He is survived by: his parents, Michael O'Brien and Star O'Brien; his sibling Erin Elizabeth; his grandparents, Ziter, Linda Saloomey and William O'Brien; his aunts and uncles, Tammy (Lee), Joanna (Bill), Amy, Sara (Tony), Lyn and David; his cousins, Darby, Keelin, Baylee, Blaze, Alex, Riley, Gracie, Bella, Sophie, Megan, Will, Charlie, Ava and Ashley; his girlfriend Abrianna Chaffee; and his pet Gunner. He is also survived by many close friends and family.
