He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Middleton. He is survived by: his parents, Lester Middleton and Mable Cannon Middleton; his wife Marion Failla; his children, Mark, Colleen Donahue of Pittsfield, Gregory (Marji) of Otis, Brian (Valerie) of Otis, Blake (Barbara) of Otis, Cynthia Paterson (Scott) of Blandford and Christine Middleton of Pittsfield; and his siblings, Dennis Middleton of North Carolina, Judith Deming of Tolland, MA and Elaine Smith of South Carolina. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
