He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William H. Rowley and Ruth Snow Rowley; his wife Irene Miner; his children, William F. Rowley (Barbie) of Otis, Linda M. O'Neil (Ray Chapdelaine) of Otis and Christine A. Cernik (Randy) of Seabrook, TX; his sister Nancy Loring of Otis; his grandchildren, Timothy O'Neil, Heather Ogle, William F. Rowley Jr. and Marina Cernik; and his sisters, Thelma Kennedy and Mary Shalley. He was also cherished by five great grandchildren along with many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
