She is survived by: her husband Arthur W. Kelly Jr.; her son Arthur W. Kelly III (Sara Kelly) of Westport, CT; her grandchildren, Katie Kelly and Arthur Kelly IV; and her daughter Kerry Joyce of Danbury, CT..

In lieu of flowers Joan asks that donations be made to the Osterville Fire department and EMS.
