It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Neil Higgins of Osterville, Massachusetts, born in Sparta, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 8, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjorie Higgins (Fish) and Robert C. Higgins. He is survived by: his wife Jane Higgins (Falzone); his children, Jeremy Higgins (Megan) and Julie Higgins; his son-in-law William Perry of Barnstable; his daughter Laura Rockwell (Travis) of Barnstable; his siblings, Susan MacDonald (Steven) and Jim Higgins (Patty); and his grandchildren, Haley, Caleb, Riley Higgins, Logan, Caylin and Travis Rockwell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
