He was predeceased by: his wife Mary J. Sem; and his son-in-law Barry Kelleher. He is survived by: his children, Barbara Kelleher of Quincy and Peter (Joan) of Pembroke; his grandchildren, Paul (Judi) of Walpole, Nicole (Arthur Brooks), Jessica (Mike Filice), Jacqueline (Corey Davidson), Amanda (Tyler Corcoran) and Stephanie Sem; and his great grandchildren, Tristan, Piper and Gianna.
