He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Drewes and Frieda Drewes (Stuenkel); his brothers, Robert and Kenneth; and his brother-in-law Gary Anderson.
He is survived by: his sister Jane Anderson; his sister-in-law Rita Drewes; his nieces and nephews, Eddie Drewes (Theresa), David Drewes (Greta), Kevin Anderson (Lisa), Sheri Sharp (Chris), Nancy Monroe (Les) and Cindy Beeman (Dan); his close friends, Robert, Laura MacCombie and Allen Gorin; and also, Melissa, Justine, Rachel, Malcolm Jones, Matthew, Luke, Arielle and Anna.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in Ron's name to the local Salvation Army, 107 Rindge Ave, Athol MA 01331.
