He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton H. Mitchell Sr. and Virginia Mitchell (Smart); his daughter Melissa Ann Chzanowski; and his sister Toni Lisa Martin (Mitchell). He is survived by: his daughter Dawn Marie Mitchell (Tony) of Athol; his siblings, Kim Truehart (Rusty Fellows) of Orange, Dwayne Mitchell (Jenella) of Orange, Milton Mitchell Jr. (Cheryl Chiasson) of Athol and Dondi Mitchell (Shirley) of Orange; his uncle Wayne Smart of Arizona; and his caregiver Debbie LaBarge of Athol. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
