He is survived by: his children, Michael Batutis of Orange and Charlene Allen of Ocean Isle, NC; his grandchildren, Bryan Warner (Brenda Barbieri) of Orange, Katelyn Cullen (Brody) of Athol and Nicholas Batutis (Stephanie) of North Carolina; and his siblings, John Batutis (Judy) of Vermont and Maryann Dodge of Florida. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
