He was predeceased by: his siblings, Albert Fontaine and Bertha Fontaine; and his parents, George Fontaine and Blanche Fontaine. He is survived by: his wife Sigrid Fontaine of Oakham; his daughter Heidi Fontaine (Ken Peen); his granddaughter Sarah of Sutton; his sister-in-law Valena Fontaine of Oakham; and his nieces and nephews, Germany and Tommy.
