We are sad to announce that on October 26, 2020, Frank Packard Jr. of Oakham, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Grace Packard (Gwyther); and his granddaughter Tessa Wisnewski (Packard). He is survived by: his children, Randall Packard (Denise) and Susan Higgins (Ronald); and his grandchildren, Christopher Higgins, Jennifer Nadeau (Higgins), Corey Packard, Lindsay Higgins and Jaclyn DeAcetis (Packard). He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
