She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Strange and Ethel Strange (Johnson); and her siblings, Ethelyn Strange and Doris Bullard. She is survived by: her husband James Parsons of Oakham; her sons, William, Gary and James; her grandchildren, Christopher, Jaime, Sarah, Yang Kai, Philip, Brian, Kevin and Jessica; her great grandchildren, Taylor Bethel, Drew, Emma, Owen Parsons, Mary, Megan, Erin Parse, Cobe and Reis Bourque; her close friend Daisy Widing of Falmouth; and her sister-in-law Susan Jensen of Laguna Beach, California..
In lieu of flowers Bettyanne's requested that donations be made to the Oakham Council on Aging.
