She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Kulhavik and Rosemary Kulhavik; and her brother Francis Kulhavik (Franny). She is survived by: her sister Judith Sanford; her nieces, Susan Sanford (Mike Magaraci) and Sandra Sanford (Jennifer Wardwell); her nephew Robert Sanford, Jr.; her cousins, Susan Armbruster and Barbara McNeil; her sister-in-law Nancy Kulhavik; her nephews, Christopher Kulhavik (Valerie) and Philip Kulhavik (Amy); and her niece Amy Stetter (Lance).
