He is survived by: his wife Mary (Siemionko); his son Sean of Norwood; his parents, Kevin Sullivan and Paula Sullivan (Bingle) of Middleborough; his brother David Sr. (Darlene Sullivan) of Norton; his nephews, David Jr. and Matthew; his niece Elizabeth; his aunt Ellen Sullivan-Anderson of Stoughton; his mother-in-law Penelope Siemionko; and his sister-in-law Kathleen Siemionko. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
