He is survived by: his parents, Gerry Higgins and Ann Higgins (Cussen) of Walpole; his brother Jim; his sister-in-law Jan Higgins of Mansfield; his sister Tricia (Higgins); his brother-in-law Chris Mullen of Medfield; his nieces and nephews, Brian, Sean Higgins, Lauren and Will Mullen; and his friends, Mark and Heather Karafotias. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Holden, Dunn and Lawler Funeral Home (55 High Rock St, Westwood, MA 02090). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Margaret Mary Church (845 High St, Westwood, MA 02090).
