He was predeceased by: his wife Sheila Kilroe (O'Connor); and his siblings, Jim, John, Mary, Lena and Catherine.

He is survived by: his children, John M. Kilroe (Lisa) of Franklin, Sheila M. Goggin (Christopher) of Duxbury and Paul A. Kilroe of South Boston; his grandchildren, Matthew, Meghan, Kathleen, James Kilroe, Christopher and Sheila Goggin; his siblings, Loretta of Norwood, Bridie of Ireland, Patricia of Ireland, Barbara of Ireland, Carmel of Ireland, Paddy of Ireland, Albert of Ireland, Kay of Ireland, Dolores of Ireland and Marty of Ireland; and his friend Nonie Golden. He is also survived by his many cousins, nieces and nephews.
