We are sad to announce that on November 3, 2022, at the age of 93, Mary Jo Elliott of Norwood, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bernard Vincent and Katherine Elliott (Cullen); her husband James Joseph Elliot; her siblings, Bernie Cullen and Kathy Dwyer; her children, Ginger Elliott of Springfield, Susan Elliott of Essex, Donna Croak (Jim) of Walpole, Maureen McNamara (Mike) of Sebastian, Sharon Bellao (Mark Bridges) of Bourne, James J. Elliott Jr. (Danielle) of Norton and Bernard Elliott (Barbara) of Mashpee; and her sister Ginny Streeter (Dick) of Florida. She was also cherished by 21 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

“Dear Elliott Family: Mary Jo was a neighbor of ours for many years. I grew up on the same street and now live there with my mother, Lorraine. I often exchanged a wave & smile as I drove by and she was out raking leaves, well into her 80's! We had a few conversations, and often exchanged cards or a small gift for the holidays. My mother & I attended the funeral mass to honor her memory. We are very sorry for your loss. May her soul rest in peace. Wishing all of you healing and comfort.”
